Return & Refund Policy – Amara Rose

At Amara Rose, each fragrance is carefully crafted and packaged to ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards.

Due to the nature of our products, all fragrance purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, including unopened or unused items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Amara Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly in these cases.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
